Dr. Dimulak Daniel Mwanmut was born in Wubel and began his education in a community 12 km away due to the absence of schools in Chakfem. He obtained his medical degree (MD) from Ahmadu Bello University in 1979 and has since held numerous leadership and clinical roles within both state and federal healthcare services.

He previously served as Chief Medical Officer and Corporate Manager of Medical Services at Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) Company Ltd. Though trained as an Occupational Health Physician, his passion lies in Public Health—specifically improving healthcare access for children, women, and the elderly in disadvantaged rural areas.

He is deeply committed to enhancing rural health, environmental sanitation, and access to clean water. These convictions led to the founding of Le Pan Health & Wellness Initiatives.

Dr. Nantok Dami obtained his medical degree from the University of Jos and later earned a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Sheffield, UK. He is a Lecturer in the Department of Community Health, Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Jos. His professional work spans teaching, community service, and research in public health, with a strong focus on improving community health outcomes in underserved populations.

Dr. Pokop Bupwatda is a seasoned medical doctor with over a decade of experience in primary healthcare. He currently serves as the Medical Superintendent of Gindiri Comprehensive Health Center. He is a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians (Public Health) and a Consultant Public Health Physician with the Jos University Teaching Hospital.

Dr. Bupwatda has been actively involved in numerous community-based health development projects and NGOs, including the Care Vision Support Initiative (CAVSI), which provides free eye care services in collaboration with the TY Danjuma Foundation. He is also a member of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Medical and Dental Consultants Association of Nigeria (MDCAN), and the Association of Public Health Physicians of Nigeria (APHPN).

Ezekiel Pahalsom was born and raised in Wubel, Chakfem. He grew up as a farmer before working for nearly two decades as a professional driver for his family’s transportation business. He later returned to full-time farming, his first love, and has remained an active and respected community leader.

Ezekiel is deeply committed to community-driven development and self-help initiatives, making him a valuable contributor to the Le Pan Initiatives Board.

Abiola Mwannut trained as a nurse and midwife at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She worked briefly with the University Teaching Hospital before joining the Plateau State Health Management Board, where she played a pivotal role in establishing intensive care units at both Jos University Teaching Hospital and Plateau Hospital.

After early retirement from government service, she joined the American Peace Corps as a nurse. When the Peace Corps left Nigeria, she dedicated herself fully to raising her children and volunteering in medical outreaches to underserved rural communities. Her commitment to service continues to inspire the vision of Le Pan Initiatives.

Dr. Ohunene Audu is a Family Physician and Palliative Care Physician based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She earned her medical degree from the University of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, and completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Manitoba. She later obtained a fellowship in Palliative Medicine from the same institution.

Dr. Audu is passionate about medical outreach, rural healthcare, and service to underserved communities. Her interests include travel, reading, and participating in medical missions across various parts of Nigeria.
